Born in LA, Kalea studied architecture at the University of California, Berkeley. She is a multi-disciplinary designer merging her skills in 3D rendering, modeling, and graphic design to create compelling product designs. Her passion is to develop and tell visual stories through digital media.

In addition to creating graphics and drawings, Kalea enjoys using film photography as an outlet for expression. Kalea has used her skills in book design, in the architecture industry, and in the entertainment industries as a set designer and draftsperson for LAIKA Studio’s upcoming feature film, Wildwood.

As well as honing her craft, she enjoys creating video vlogs to document her life, creating furniture with her brother, and gaming. She is currently playing Dredge and reading Martyr by Kaveh Akbar.
